Care of delicate down:
Washable at 40 degrees C with liquid wool or mild detergent. Tumble drying at high temperature, afterwards shake the blanket/pillow to loosen the down. If the down is not completely dry, put it in the dryer again. Attention: Down should never be placed in the sun to dry.

Please note that we only charge the net amount (excluding VAT) plus any shipping costs. In Switzerland and Great Britain, however, your purchase is subject to customs and VAT! Upon receipt of the product, customs duties, VAT and any other charges must be paid to the shipping service provider against a separate invoice.
It is particularly important to us that you are satisfied with the quality of our products. Therefore, in addition to the statutory right of cancellation for unused, new goods, we offer a voluntary return guarantee of a total of 30 days from receipt of the goods.
After the 14-day cancellation period has expired, you can withdraw from the purchase contract by returning the goods to us within 30 days of receipt (the period begins on the day of receipt of the goods).
