Shipping & Returns
We select our products with great care and consideration. Immediately after your order, the desired products are lovingly packaged and sent on their way to your home to make your home even more beautiful.
Standard shipping
All orders over € 50,- are delivered free of charge within Austria. For orders under a value of € 50,- we charge € 4,50 shipping costs.

Gans Ges.m.b.H reserves the right to charge € 15,- for the costs incurred for uncollected parcels.
Deliveries to Switzerland and the United Kingdom
Please note that we only charge the net amount (excl. VAT) plus any shipping costs. In Switzerland and the United Kingdom, however, your purchase is subject to customs duty and VAT! Upon receipt of the product, customs duties, VAT and any other charges must be paid to the shipping service provider against a separate invoice.
We deliver to the following countries:
In addition to Austria and Germany, we deliver to all EU countries as well as Great Britain and Switzerland.
Delivery within Austria is usually within 3 to 7 working days for goods in stock and within the EU usually within 5 to 9 working days.
If you order several products, we will ship all products together, i.e. the delivery time for immediately available products may be slightly delayed. However, if you would like to receive the immediately available product straight away, the shipment can be split for € 4.50 (different costs for shipping outside Austria).
Shipping service provider
We ship within Austria with the Austrian Post. All other countries in the EU and Switzerland are shipped with DPD, or with Swiss Post.
Voluntary right of return
It is particularly important to us that you are satisfied with the quality of our products. Therefore, in addition to the statutory right of withdrawal for unused, as-new goods, we offer a voluntary return guarantee for a total of 30 days from receipt of the goods.
After expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period, you can withdraw from the purchase contract by returning the goods to us within 30 days of receipt (period begins on the day of receipt of the goods).
The contractual return guarantee does not affect your statutory rights and claims.
Go to www.gans.at -"Returns". There you can easily enter all the information about your return shipment. Please state which products you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will send you a returns label by email. Print this out, stick it on your parcel and take it to the nearest post office.
Please ensure that the products ordered are in their original condition and packaging, have not been used or washed and that the label is still attached to the item.
Keep the invoice for your records.
For returns within Austria, hand in the parcel at a post office. Within Austria, the return costs are € 4.50 up to 4kg and 4.90 up to 31.5kg, which are free of charge for you. Outside of Austria, the shipping costs of the respective country apply.
You can also send your return via a shipping method other than the post office, in which case you will have to pay the costs yourself to the respective shipping service provider.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we have received and processed your return.
We will refund the return value within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to make the purchase. If you have any questions in the meantime. Please contact our customer service.
The consumer has no right of withdrawal for contracts for:
Goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.
Goods that are delivered sealed and are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, provided that the seal has been removed after delivery.
Returns with Klarna - purchase on account - recommendation
In the event of a return, we recommend that you extend your payment term by 10 days via the Klarna portal "My Klarna" (link for Austria or Germany). This will avoid any overlap between the returns booking and the usual 14-day payment term. Please note that this extension can only be carried out by you personally and not by Gans Ges.m.b.H. Received a reminder even though you have returned your order?
If the payment deadline date on the invoice has been exceeded, Klarna will automatically send you a reminder. In this case, please always contact Klarna customer service directly using the following online contact options for Austria or Germany, or by telephone on +43 (0) 720 88 3811 (local rate) for Austria or +49 (0) 911 477 577 10.
Repayment
We will arrange a refund immediately after receiving your return and checking the goods. You will receive the money back the same way you paid. Please note that, depending on the bank and payment method, it may take up to ten working days for the refund amount to be credited to your account.
Errors or defects
We attach great importance to the quality of our materials and workmanship and subject our products to regular quality controls. However, should a product have faults or defects, simply contact our customer service. If it is a defect caused by production, transportation or material, you can of course return your order free of charge and we will refund the value of the goods including shipping costs.
Sustainability
For the sake of our environment, we want to keep our ecological footprint as small as possible and avoid additional transportation routes and unnecessary packaging material. We therefore ask you, if possible, to refrain from ordering large quantities. If you are not sure which product suits your needs, our experienced customer service team will be happy to advise you.
