            1. General

            1.1 All products you find at our website are carefully selected and subject to the highest quality standards.


            2. Ordering

            2.1 Ordering takes place online through our shopping basket system.
            2.2 Your order is accepted and acknowledge through the shipment of the merchandise.


            3. Prices

            3.1 All prices are in Euros plus delivery costs, communicated to you via mail and include the VAT (sales tax). The prices excluding VAT 
            on our English language pages are only for delivery outside the EU. Delivery costs cannot be specified prior to purchase due to the 
            varying weights and volumes of the merchandise. If you disagree with the delivery costs, you can cancel your order within 5 days of 
            ordering. This must be done in writing.
            3.2 The final sum on the invoice comprises the costs of the merchandise, plus the delivery costs referred to in point 3.1 of 
            these General Business Terms.
            3.3 All offers of price and merchandise are non-binding, and apply until otherwise announced. The prices and offers are valid as long 
            as stocks permit. Subject to change due to error.


            4. Delivery

            4.1 We deliver the merchandise as soon as possible. As a rule, our products will be delivered within 5 weekdays in Germany and Austria. 
            In case of delays which extend beyond 7 weekdays, you will be notified by us. Please note that delivery to other EU countries or 
            worldwide will take longer.
            4.2 In case the merchandise ordered is no longer available, you will be notified by us within 24 hours (on weekdays), and told when the 
            probable delivery time will be. In case you do not accept this new delivery time, of course you can cancel your order without 
            specifying any reason.


            5. Payment

            5.1 The merchandise can be paid for by credit card (Mastercard, Visa and Euro Card).
            5.2 For credit card payments, the invoiced sum in Euros will be debited to your card within 7 days after shipment. As exchange rate 
            into your currency, most credit card companies use the official exchange rate of the day at the time your debit reaches them.


            6. Shipment

            6.1 Shipment usually is made with a delivery service. Shipment costs vary according to the ordered articles and addressee's country. They 
            will be communicated to you by mail after your order is made.
            6.2 Delivery via post takes place during the week and sometimes on Saturdays. If you are not at home for delivery, the shipment is 
            considered to have been delivered. You can then pick up the merchandise at the nearest office of the delivery service or, at 
            your own expense, have it delivered anew. In case the delivery address and invoice address are different, please communicate this 
            to us with your order.
            6.3 Please check the goods upon receipt to make sure they have not been damaged and whether they are the correct articles as ordered. 
            Please have incorrect merchandise and/or damage signed for by the deliverer and inform us immediately with a damage report via Fax or 
            E-mail. If necessary, we will see that a replacement shipment is made.


            7. Returns, Guarantee

            7.1 In case you do not like an article you have ordered, you can without giving any reason return the article in its original packing 
            and via safe transport within 14 days of receipt to us. Furthermore, you have the right to cancel the purchase within two weeks of 
            delivery, either in writing or via E-mail. After your cancellation has been received, we are obligated to return any payment which may 
            have been made. As purchaser, you are obligated to return the merchandise within this time limit to us, Gans Bettwaren „Gans” 
            Ges.m.b.H. , Ameisgasse 65, A-1140 Vienna, Austria. Please pack the merchandise carefully and safely and contact us as to your 
            intentions. Then send us the merchandise via a standard delivery service. Shipment costs must be paid by you. In case of questions, 
            please feel free to contact us an any time.
            7.2 Excluded from this right of return is all merchandise which have been specifically made for the customer.
            7.3 Our guarantee is limited to replacement delivery, reduction change of the invoice sum or product improvement, the choice of 
            which is ours. As long as it is legal, our obligation for replacement due to damage is limited to the value of the actually 
            damaged merchandise as a result of the damage-causing event. This does not apply in case of intentional damage or damage due to 
            7.4 We guarantee all our products for a period of 6 months and for a further 1 1/2 years in accord with consumer laws. For many products

            8. Data protection

            8.1 We of course are obligated to protect your personal data in accord with the terms of the national data protection laws. Every 
            piece of information which you give to us will be treated confidentially by Gans Bettwaren. We communicate your data only 
            company internally for purposes of maintenance and care. We are obligated to utilize your data within our company. You can inquire 
            at any time as to the data we have on record with regard to you, as well as correct erroneous data, or have us delete such data. Your 
            data is used for the sole purpose of invoicing and settling your order.


            9. Right of ownership, Legal Venue

            9.1 The merchandise remains our property until full payment is made. Any demand for payment due to a further sale of the merchandise to a 
            third party is relinquished to us. Any claims of a third party on the merchandise must be communicated to us by the purchaser without 
            delay in writing. This reservation of the right of ownership is in no way the cancellation of the contract.
            9.2 The offer of this online shop is freely selected and is valid as long as stocks permit. All prior offers are hereby invalid. Subject 
            to interim sale. The venue of delivery and payment is the company address. Legal venue is Vienna, Austria. For all legal disputes, 
            Austrian law is applicable.
